Its great news for Amitabh Bachchan's fan as their favorite actor will be honored by the Leicester University with an honorary degree of Doctorate of Arts for his contribution to the movie business in India. Being an ambassador for UNICEF Amitabh will receive the degree at the graduation ceremony of the De Montford University at Leicester. The ceremony will be on July 19. It is believed that Bachchan will address his fans at a special event at the Walkers Stadium at Filbert Way. Former South African President Nelson Mandela was the last person to achieve that recognition for his charitable work.
