Despite the media reports that Ram Gopal Varma ’s ‘Sholay’ has been postponed, the filmmaker has clearly stated that the movie will go on the floors soon.For almost a year, much has been written and spoken about Ramu’s remake of Ramesh Sippy’s cult hit movie Sholay . There has been shuffling in the movie’s star cast – Abhishek Bachchan was roped in and then dropped – and the project kept on getting delayed while Ramu kept busy with other films. And now, when an obituary of the project has nearly been written in some media reports, Ramu has said that he will indeed make the movie in the coming months.
